I just love the excellent customer service and the great way that the have all nail, feet, massage and eyebrow services for any and everyone. I always get the dip powder nails because is healthy and your nails are stronger and grow quickly. The pedicures are absolutely fantastic.They also have a great selection of cocktails and mocktails while you are being serviced. If you want great service with great attitudes, this is a place that you must try. I’m a loyal customer and have not been disappointed.

Let me start by saying I am very, very, VERY particular about my nails. I have been coming to this nail salon since I relocated back to Texas a few months ago and have gotten a different nail tech for my nails and toes each time Im in. Majority of the time they do an excellent job! Everything is very clean, well-maintained and they always have a manager walking the floor and always offer me a drink regardless of the time of day or evening I come in. Although I’ve had numerous techs on my nails and toes, I just experienced the best set of nails and toes I’ve had in years (still trying to figure out how I got lucky to have a good set for BOTH because every women knows there’s always one that’s better than the other) and this was thanks to Cindy and Henry. Not only do I recommend West7 Nail Bar but I HIGHLY recommend scheduling with Cindy and Henry. I’ve been coming for months and for me to be moved enough to leave a review after this visit speaks volumes. Thank me later!

I’ve been going here a couple of times and it’s becoming the only place I want to go to when getting my nails done. The quality of their customer service and actual nail services are sooo nice and pleasant and I keep recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers. Definitely give this place a chance, it’s so worth it !!

Henry was my nail artist. Super nice, super professional and absolutely NAILED IT (no pun intended) on my inspo photo I brought in. Did an excellent job with the cuticle care too! This was my first time getting gelx nails and they’re so much more natural and beautiful. All of the staff was very nice. Overall just a beautiful nail salon and I plan to keep coming back!

The place is beautiful BUT that doesn't excuse a bad experience. Myself and my sister went in to get our nails done (2 pedicures, dip, and regular manicure) the chair they had me sit at already had water in it and it was freezing. The tech went to the back and filled a bucket of water and dumped it into the foot bath, which makes me believe the hot water was broken on that tub. The tech doing the pedicure never asked if I want my toenails cut, they are obviously long....the tech that did my dip was quiet which was fine. She asked if I wanted to do tips again (I got my nails done at a previous shop) I told her yea, that I'm growing my natural nails out but that one more time with a tip and then my natural nails should be long enough. She then proceeded to cut my natural nails! We just talked about how I was growing them out. She seemed to have rushed and honestly the application was not great the shape was fine but after a week they are already lifting and chipping on the sides....they should not be doing that after a week. I also work in a office so my hands aren't doing anything that would cause them to chip or lift. When we were paying my sister asked for a reciept (she usually doesnt but Something was telling her to ask) when she got her reciept we noticed she was charged incorrectly, too much. If you want a nice atmosphere then sure this is a good place, if you want your nails to last and be charged correctly...maybe rethink that.

If you’re looking for those really beautiful instagrammable nails, this is the place. My nail tech was Trang & I hadn’t gotten my nails done in two years before today. I didn’t like the look of dip or acrylic because it’s way too thick for my nail beds. Trang was the best nail tech I’ve ever had, in my life. She did the Gelx7 manicure so fast but really detailed. I showed her a photo and it’s identical to the photo. I was just enamored watching her work!! Super sweet personality too. My nails came out perfect, thin yet strong, more natural looking than dip or acrylic. Just what I wanted. Also, I don’t know of any other salons in the area who offer gelx7, so just save yourself the search and just come to West 7th Nail Bar. You can tell the staff here has made it a point to keep evolving as the trends change.
